
Shannon McDonald is an experienced and trusted adviser and litigator who represents businesses and individuals throughout the State of Wisconsin and greater Chicago area. Shannon understands that each matter brings its own unique set of issues, variables, and nuances. There is no cookie-cutter approach to litigation; especially when it comes to construction, business, and employment law. Accordingly, Shannon works closely with each client to fully appreciate their concerns and goals to develop a strategy to achieve those goals in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
Shannon focuses his practice on construction, business, and employment law issues. He routinely practices throughout the State of Wisconsin and Illinois in both state and federal courts. Shannon also regularly practices in state and federal administrative agencies such as the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development – Equal Rights Division and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
With respect to general business representation, Shannon handles everything from choice-of-entity and business formation to drafting contracts and negotiating buy/sell agreements. Shannon also has assisted a number of area companies franchise their businesses.

Personal Anecdote: When Shannon is not working, he and his wife likely are at one of their kids’ sporting events or driving to/from a sporting event. Shannon is a proud Hodag, born and raised in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
