STATUS OF ACTION:

McDonald & Kloth, LLC filed a class action complaint against Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. on
March 12, 2024 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. A copy of the

ALLEGATIONS:

The class action complaint alleges that Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. maintained a commission
program for golf department salespersons employed in the company’s Pro+ stores and that
Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. failed to pay commissions to the salespersons in accordance with
the terms of the commission program. The lawsuit seeks to obtain unpaid commissions on
behalf of all current and former Pro+ golf department employees from January 2021 through
March 24, 2024.
