About Attorney Kloth:
Christopher Kloth believes that the most important tenet in addressing a client’s legal problem is ensuring that all of a client’s needs have been satisfied. A corollary of this rule is that such representations must also be cost-effective. As such, attorney Kloth strives to address all legal issues affecting a client while ensuring that a client maintains minimum legal costs. Attorney Kloth works diligently for both individuals and businesses.
With regard to individuals, attorney Kloth’s primary focus is on employment-related issues like discrimination under Title VII and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, employee contract negotiations, wage and hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations, Americans with Disabilities Act violations, Age Discrimination in Employment Act violations, wrongful termination and intentional torts. In each and every instance, attorney Kloth zealously represents clients by initially listening to their problems and then working with the client to determine the best solution. It is through this process that attorney Kloth believes that his clients will leave his office satisfied and confident that they retained an attorney who has only their best interests in mind.
With respect to business entities, attorney Kloth’s passion revolves around assisting organizations with all of their litigation needs, including employment law matters, contract disputes and debt collection. In addition, attorney Kloth takes pride in drafting various contracts and agreements, from employee handbooks to noncompete agreements. Attorney Kloth understands that with any business, time is of the essence, which is why his principal concern is to keep his clients up to date and informed. Therefore, he believes in an open-door policy and strives to respond to his client’s concerns immediately. Finally, attorney Kloth relishes the opportunity to provide his business clients with on-going employee relation consulting as these matters are often urgent and, if not immediately resolved, distract management from its core business focus
